I am ethnically Chinese but was born and raised in California and in the Chinese immigrant church. I am a son of a pastor, my wife is a daughter of a pastor. So we are heavily steeped in Christian tradition and church service and my experiences outside of church have been very different from the culture inside the church.

That is why I have a deep interest in postmodernism, emerging church and emerging theology. I’m here to read mostly and learn from you who have more experience and better thoughts. :p
