Going to bible school

Hi, I was reading the comments and insights on Church planting and was rather impressed. In fact, I very much aspire to be a church planter myself. Currently, I am contemplating going through bible school education, training my self in thelogy and christian studies. However, I have yet to complete any secular degree after completing my A levels because none of the courses offered at the secular universities could interest me or attract me. In such a senario, I may find myself economically unviable since i do not possess an secular degree. What is your(anyone reading the forum) take on this? Secondly, after reading through certain comments on church planing, I am a little curious to find out whether there are indeed certain traits and abilities one has to have in order to be a successful church planter. Thank you so much for your time and attention.
