Looking for help on a book I'm writing tentatitively entitled Postmodern Parenting

I belong to the same church planting organization as Andrew. He suggested I post here for help.

I am currently researching and writing a proposal for a book tentatively entitled POSTMODERN PARENTING. I would like to explore postmodernity (or its emergence) as it may relate to parenting. For instance, postmoderns value community. How, then, can parents incorporate the tenet of community in their homes in such a way that trains children to operate redemptively in their own communities? A postmodern tends to value ancient tradition. How, then, can a parent incorporate ancient tradition into their parenting? The question is, how can parents who are modern (or are straddling the modern/postmodern line) prepare their children for a postmodern world? How can we effect the next generation through our children? And what can we learn in our Christianity from postmodern thought?

Thank you very much for your time.
