Well, yes, that seems to be part of the problem. We have to ask questions about the co-dependency relationship between the Reformation and what was reformed. Does the Reformation make sense when Christendom has collapsed? The frustrating thing with the new Reformed agenda is that it is still a matter of fitting biblical texts to a predetermined dogmatic framework. I get very little sense that people really want to learn from the Bible, though I will admit that my exposure to the resurgent Reformed movement is limited. Perhaps I should read the rest of the book first.
