Patience, Lloyd! First, I did post a response to your other question. Secondly, things do sometimes move rather slowly round here and sometimes stop moving altogether. Thirdly, I couldn’t work out whether the question ‘Where was "Israel" in the first century?’ was meant to be clever, provocative, ironic, or what. It would help if you made your point in a slightly less oblique fashion. What exactly are you getting at?
